This year we are visiting Mt Baw Baw and staying in an awesome lodge right on the mountain!  Leaving around lunch time on the Tuesday and arriving home around 5pm on the Friday.

The Lodge has fabulous facilities to ensure your trip is amazing!  

Heated rooms, shared kitchen, cozy large lounge and games room, drying room for all the wet gear, beautiful wood heater to share stories around and full of games and things to do.  *please note there is wifi but no tv.

We will be heading out each day for some fun activities in the snow.  Snow man building, tobogganing, walks, visiting the dingos.  We can also arrange for skiing and/or lessons however this in not included in the price. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED? 

Meals:  We provide all meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner.  If you want additional snacks or drinks at the cafe or on the mountain they are at your own expense.  Meals are provided and organised by your support team.

Support: 1:1 support with one of our energetic and very enthusiastic team!  

Accomodation:  3 nights.  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The lodge has a variety of rooms and sleeps up to 30 people.  Please talk to us about the room configurations.  There are a number of bathrooms and toilets available at any time as well. 

Waterproof Clothing and Boots.  Waterproof clothing and boots are provided so you can hang out in the snow or for skiing (necessary)

Transport to and from home:  Your allocated support worker will collect you from your home and return you there after the trip.

Toboggan and Magic Carpet tickets:  You will have a toboggan for 3 days plus 2-3 days of Magic Carpet tickets.   This is a travellator that takes you back up to the top of the hill.  Your sessions are pre booked and are generally not changeable.  We will be talking to you about the times before we go.

Oversnow Transport on arrival and departure:  This is transport for all our gear from the car park to the Lodge when we arrive and when we are leaving.

Mountain Entrance Fee:  This is the fee for the car and occupants to enter the mountain and park for 4 days.
