Hello, I’m Mayah!

In my earlier years, I dedicated myself to full-time ballet studies. My study of this art form has instilled in me a love for active and adventurous living. Being naturally creative and enthusiastic, I find immense joy in spreading positivity and brightening people’s days with a smile or a laugh.

In my spare time, you’ll often find me exploring the great outdoors, particularly nature trails and beaches. I love discovering new cafes, indulging in dancing, and engaging in games for fun and relaxation. When I’m not on the move, you’ll catch me curled up with a good book, accompanied by my two dogs and my cat. 

I’m currently studying for my Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Previously, I’ve worked with individuals in Supported Employment assistance and Independent Living Skills. This involved leading cooking groups, providing one-on-one cooking sessions, and collaborating with social groups. I’d be more than happy to share some of my expertise with you.
