James
James is the Support Manager at Adventure Care Group. He coordinates and leads our Adventure Camps, combining his passion for the outdoors with a genuine commitment to helping participants build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
With over five years of experience as a Support Worker and three years in leadership and management, James has supported people with a wide range of goals, interests, and support needs. His passion for the outdoors, including camping, bouldering and travelling, inspires his approach to support. James enjoys helping people step outside their comfort zone and build confidence


Ben B
Ben is a qualified Surf Coach and holds a Certificate IV in Youth Work. With a passion for the outdoors and helping people grow in confidence, he brings a relaxed, supportive approach that helps people feel comfortable, capable, and ready to try new experiences.
Ben has experience working with people of all ages and abilities through both youth work and surf coaching. He enjoys helping participants build independence, develop new skills, and achieve personal goals through activities tailored to their interests. His genuine nature, lived experience, and practical approach help create positive and supportive environments where people can thrive


Sophia
Sophia is currently studying Primary Education and holds qualifications in surf coaching, swimming instruction, and lifeguarding. Her background in education has helped her develop a supportive approach where people feel valued and genuinely heard.
Sophia’s studies in Primary Education, combined with her qualifications in surf coaching, swimming instruction, and lifeguarding, have given her valuable experience supporting people with a wide range of abilities and interests. She brings patience, adaptability, and a positive approach to creating enjoyable and meaningful experiences.


Hayden
Hayden is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Physical Activity. Hayden is working towards a career as an Exercise Scientist. His knowledge of health and wellbeing, combined with his approachable personality, helps him create positive and engaging support experiences.
Hayden’s studies have given him valuable insight into physical health, movement, and overall wellbeing. A keen sports enthusiast who enjoys everything from football and basketball to running and the gym, he loves sharing his passion for an active lifestyle while supporting people to participate in activities they enjoy and feel good about.


Mayah
Mayah is currently studying a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, specialising in Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. With experience supporting people to develop practical life skills and achieve greater independence, she brings a positive, energetic, and caring approach to every support.
Drawing on her experience in Supported Employment and Independent Living Skills programs, Mayah enjoys helping people learn new skills and participate in activities that bring enjoyment and purpose to everyday life. Her creative nature, enthusiasm, and genuine love of people help her create engaging supports tailored to each individual’s interests and goals.


Greg
Greg is a current School Counsellor and has been supporting young people across wellbeing, inclusion, and re-engagement programs since 2019. Known for his calm, caring nature and ability to listen, Greg enjoys helping people navigate challenges while building positive and supportive relationships.
With years of experience supporting young people in educational settings, Greg understands the importance of trust, patience, and genuine connection. A lifelong sports enthusiast and martial artist, he enjoys bringing energy and humour to his supports, whether that’s kicking the footy, shooting basketballs, or encouraging others to have a go and enjoy the moment.


Henry
Henry is a semi-professional basketball player and a graduate of Deakin University, where he completed his studies in Film. He is known for his positive attitude and great sense of humour. Henry is great at connecting with people, staying active, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session.
Henry’s background in both sport and creative studies has helped him develop strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Whether it’s shooting hoops, exploring the outdoors, playing games, or simply sharing a laugh, he enjoys creating fun and engaging experiences that help people feel comfortable and included. His positive outlook and solution-focused mindset make him a supportive and encouraging presence to be around.


Joel
Joel holds a Bachelor of Nursing and brings a unique combination of healthcare knowledge, compassion, and enthusiasm to his role. With experience in nursing, hospital settings, outdoor recreation, and community support, Joel is passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives while having fun along the way.
Joel’s experience spans across healthcare, outdoor recreation, and community support, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how to support people with different goals, interests, and needs. From his time at Frankston Hospital to working as a Tree Surfing Instructor, he has developed a practical, person-centred approach that focuses on building genuine relationships and creating enjoyable, meaningful experiences.


Bonnie
Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in Geography and Environment and has spent the past four years working in Outdoor Education. Passionate about nature, adventure, and helping people explore new experiences, Bonnie brings an energetic, caring and approachable style to her sessions.
Drawing on her background in Outdoor Education, environmental science, and adventure-based activities, Bonnie has extensive experience helping people of all abilities safely engage with the outdoors. As an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver and active member of the Mornington Peninsula community, she loves sharing her enthusiasm for nature, exploration, and active living while creating enjoyable experiences that are both engaging and rewarding.


Toby
With a Bachelor of Psychology and a passion for helping others, Toby brings a thoughtful and person centred approach to support. His caring nature and strong communication skills help him build genuine relationships and create positive experiences.
Toby combines his understanding of psychology with a love of outdoor recreation, including fishing, hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddleboarding. He enjoys helping people discover new experiences, build on their strengths, and participate in activities that promote wellbeing, connection, and enjoyment. His friendly and down-to-earth personality helps people feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to get involved.


Max
Max is a friendly, patient, and creative support worker who loves helping people learn new skills and discover new interests. With a passion for technology, coding, skating, gaming, and the outdoors, he brings a fun and engaging approach to every support.
Max has a strong interest in technology and creativity, with experience in coding, game design, animation, and digital projects. He enjoys sharing his knowledge in a way that is approachable and easy to understand, helping people build skills while having fun. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, creating something new, playing games, or working on a creative project, Max brings enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love of learning to every interaction.


Jack
Currently studying a Certificate IV in Mental Health, Jack is building a career focused on supporting young people and adults with diverse needs. His calm, understanding nature and passion for helping others make him a valued and approachable support worker.
Jack’s studies in Mental Health have strengthened his understanding of communication, wellbeing, and person centred support. Combined with his interests in music, outdoor recreation, creative design, and hands-on projects, he enjoys finding common ground with people and creating supports that are engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to their interests.


Will
Currently studying a Bachelor of Education with a focus on Physical Education, Will also has experience coaching junior football and cricket. His background in education and sport has given him valuable skills in mentoring, leadership, and helping young people develop both confidence and ability.
Through his studies and coaching experience, Will has developed strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. He enjoys helping young people learn, grow, and challenge themselves while keeping activities fun and engaging. Whether it’s kicking the footy, playing cricket, camping, fishing, or enjoying other outdoor activities, Will brings encouragement and a genuine passion for helping others get involved and enjoy new experiences.


Jackson
With a background in Marine Science and a genuine passion for supporting others, Jackson brings empathy, curiosity, and a strong people focused approach. He is committed to helping people build meaningful connections, discover their strengths, and feel valued for who they are.
Jackson’s diverse interests, from gardening and sustainable living to creative arts, gaming, cooking, and exploring the outdoors, help him connect with people from all walks of life. He enjoys creating supports that are engaging, purposeful, and tailored to individual interests, while fostering an environment built on trust, respect, and understanding.

Currently studying Psychology at Monash University, Ben is passionate about understanding people and supporting them to live fulfilling lives. His calm nature, empathy, and genuine interest in others help him create positive and supportive experiences.

Matt is a friendly and dependable support worker who brings an extensive range of practical skills, life experience, and genuine care to his sessions. A devoted family man and proud grandfather, he enjoys helping people build confidence, learn new skills, and make the most of everyday opportunities.
With experience supporting people of all ages, Matt has a natural ability to connect with others through shared interests and meaningful conversation. Whether it’s woodworking, fishing, gardening, cooking, or simply lending a helping hand, he enjoys passing on practical knowledge and helping people develop skills they can use in everyday life. Lachie
Lachie is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and has already completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, minoring in Psychology. Combining his healthcare knowledge with a friendly, easy going nature, Lachie is passionate about helping people build skills, achieve their goals, and participate in everyday life.

Kenny
Kenny brings a wealth of life experience, a great sense of humour, and a passion for helping others stay active and engaged. Holding qualifications in Individual Support, Workplace Health and Safety, and Training and Assessment, he combines practical knowledge with a friendly and approachable nature.
Kenny has always been passionate about helping people learn, grow, and make the most of life. His background in training, safety, and support services has given him strong mentoring and communication skills, while his love of fitness, walking, and outdoor activities helps him connect with people who enjoy staying active. He believes in leading by example, encouraging others to pursue their goals, build confidence, and enjoy new experiences along the way.


Charlee
Currently studying Paramedicine, Charlee has completed training in emergency management of anaphylaxis and asthma, and pool lifeguarding. Her healthcare knowledge, combined with her kind and approachable nature, allows her to provide safe, supportive, and engaging experiences.
Charlee is passionate about health, wellbeing, and helping people make the most of each day. Her studies have strengthened her understanding of the human body and emergency care, while her energetic personality and love of the outdoors help her connect with people through a wide range of activities.
